Description: The Pieni Unikko pattern potholder is made of cotton, and it is printed in Helsinki. The potholder has a padded filling and a hanging loop. The cotton used in this product is 100% organic cotton. 50% of the polyester used in the potholder filling is recycled. Marimekko´s famous pattern Unikko was born in 1964 in a time when the design house´s collections featured mostly abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.
